Four panelists shared their views on gender equality in the workplace and how to achieve an egalitarian society–Datuk Dr. Mazlan Othman from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Dr. Waitchalla RRV Suppiah from the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development, Loo Lee Lian from Invest Penang, and Nazlina Quadir from Women Techmakers KL. The forum was moderated by Ashley Suelyn from Lean In Malaysia.
